Evaluator & Emails sent from the system will be purged (removed from the system).

By default, Evaluator & correlating email logs will be removed from  the system as follows:

  1. Pending/uncompleted questionnaires older than 60 days will be removed from the system. If you wish to keep them for another 60 days, then you must Resend the Evaluators by clicking the ‘Send‘ button for each Evaluator. This only applies to single Evaluator links and multi-link Evaluators are NOT affected. If the Evaluator link & email has already been cleared, you will need to create new questionnaire links and send them to candidates.
  2. Co-relating Sent email/Tracking log records will also be purged.
